THE LIMITATION OF WAITING FOR A PROBLEM TO BECOME SEVERE
You feel constantly stressed. Your sleep is inconsistent. Your immune system seems weak. You catch every cold that comes around. You feel wired but exhausted.

Most conventional approaches wait until symptoms become severe enough to treat. Either that or they jump straight to pharmaceutical interventions that come with side effects.

But there is middle ground. Plants have been used for thousands of years to support the body's ability to handle stress, improve sleep quality, and strengthen immune response. Not as a cure. Not as a replacement for medical care. But as a steady, gentle support that helps your body function better and feel more resilient.

The research is there. Adaptogens like ashwagandha and rhodiola are evidence-supported for stress resilience. Valerian and passionflower help improve sleep quality. Echinacea and elderberry strengthen immune response. But which herbs actually work for your body? That requires personalized guidance.

WHAT BOTANICAL WELLNESS SUPPORT IS
Botanical wellness support is education, not treatment. It's not a supplement subscription or a shelf of products — it's learning how different plants have traditionally been used, what the general research says about them, and how to think about building sustainable habits around them.
This coaching helps you understand categories of botanicals — like adaptogens, nervines, or immune-supportive herbs — and how people commonly incorporate them into a wellness routine. You'll learn what questions to ask, how to evaluate sourcing and quality, and how to build habits that fit your lifestyle.
This is educational guidance, not a personalized treatment plan. Any decisions about specific herbs, doses, or use alongside medications should be made with a licensed healthcare provider.
WHO NEEDS BOTANICAL WELLNESS SUPPORT
Botanical wellness support works for people who experience:
Chronic stress that does not settle even when circumstances improve. Your nervous system feels stuck in overdrive. You cannot relax or unwind.

Immune fatigue. You catch every virus that goes around. You get sick easily or recover slowly from illness.

A preference for plant-based support. You want to address stress and sleep without pharmaceuticals or you want to complement what you are already taking.
Sleep disruption that makes you feel exhausted the next day. You struggle to fall asleep. You wake in the middle of the night. Your sleep is not restful even when you get enough hours.
Stress that shows up in your body. Tension, digestive issues, tight shoulders, or general body aches that get worse when you are stressed.
If any of this describes you, botanical wellness support can help.
HOW BOTANICAL WELLNESS SUPPORT WORKS
Botanical wellness support with me is a systematic process.

Talk Through Your Stress, Sleep & Immune Habits
Our first conversation is about your goals and habits — what your stress, sleep, and daily routines currently look like. This isn't a clinical assessment; it's a coaching conversation to understand what you're hoping to change.
Learn About Botanical Categories
We'll talk through general categories of botanicals people commonly explore for stress, sleep, and immune support — like adaptogens or calming herbs — and what the research generally says about each category. This is educational, not a determination of what will work for your specific body.
Build Your Own Wellness Routine
Using what you've learned, you decide how to build botanicals into your routine — what to try, how to source quality products, and how to track what you notice. I can help you think through the process, but the specific choices, including dosing, form, and any medication considerations, are between you and your healthcare provider
Make It Sustainable
Education only helps if it's usable. We focus on habits you'll actually keep — choosing routines that fit your life instead of ones that are hard to sustain.
Track What You Notice
You're the expert on your own experience. We talk through what you're tracking — sleep, energy, stress — so you can notice patterns over time. This is self-observation, not a clinical outcome measure.
Revisit as Your Life Changes
Life changes, and so do your habits and needs. We check in periodically to talk through what's shifted and whether your approach still fits.

BOTANICAL SUPPORT IS EVIDENCE-INFORMED BUT GENTLE
Plants have a long history of traditional use, and there's a growing body of research on many botanical categories — including adaptogens, nervines, and immune-supportive herbs.
This coaching draws on general research and traditional use to help you understand these categories.
This is general education, not individualized medical guidance. What's right for any individual — including which herbs, at what dose, for how long — is a conversation to have with a licensed healthcare provider, not something determined through coaching.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO NOTICE CHANGES
Everyone's experience is different, and this coaching doesn't promise a specific timeline or outcome.
Some people notice shifts in their habits and awareness quickly; for others, building sustainable routines takes longer.
How things go depends on your starting point, your consistency, and factors that are outside the scope of coaching.
We check in regularly so you have space to reflect on what you're noticing.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Are herbal remedies safe?
This is a great question to bring to a licensed healthcare provider, who can evaluate safety based on your full health history and any medications you take. As your coach, I can share general educational information about botanical categories, but safety determinations for your specific situation are outside coaching scope.
Will I need to use these herbs forever?
Not necessarily. Some people use herbal support long-term as a wellness practice. Others use it temporarily to help their body rebalance and then adjust. This depends on your situation and goals. We discuss this in your consultation.
What if I am already taking medications?
This is an important conversation to have with your prescribing provider or pharmacist, not with a coach. I don't evaluate medication interactions. If you're interested in botanicals and take any medications, please check with your healthcare provider before making changes.
How is this different from just buying botanical supplements?
Buying a supplement off a shelf doesn't come with education about why it might or might not fit your situation, how to evaluate quality, or how to build sustainable habits around it. Coaching focuses on that education and habit-building — not on determining what's medically right for you.
Can I use herbs alongside therapy or other stress management?
Absolutely. Herbs work best as part of a complete wellness approach. They complement lifestyle changes, sleep optimization, stress management practices, and therapy. We discuss how botanical support fits into your overall wellness strategy.
What forms do the herbs come in?
Herbs can be prepared as teas, tinctures, capsules, or extracts. The best form depends on your lifestyle, preferences, and the specific herb. Some people prefer tea because it is a ritual. Others prefer capsules for convenience. We find what works for you.
How do I know if the herbs are actually working?
That's something to track through your own self-observation — how you're sleeping, feeling, and functioning day to day — and to discuss with your healthcare provider if you have specific health concerns
Is botanical wellness support covered by insurance?
Details on payment options are available when you schedule your consultation.
What if the herbs are not working?
We can talk through what you're noticing and revisit your overall approach to habits and routines. Any decision to change what you're taking, adjust dosing, or combine products should go through your healthcare provider.
